Amber Blythe
Amber Blythe - Director

Amber Blythe is the Director and Founder of Amber Blythe Conveyancing, a thriving business she established over six years ago. With 18 years of experience in conveyancing, as well as an Associate Degree in Law and a Bachelor of Laws, Amber brings unparalleled expertise and passion to helping clients navigate the complex world of property transactions.
Amber is a dedicated community member, recently appointed as a Director on the Board of SWS Bank. She also serves as the Hilltops representative on the Southern Regional NSW Planning Panel, Vice President of Gumnut Grove Childcare, and a committee member for the Young Crisis Accommodation Centre.
Outside of work, Amber loves spending time with her husband and three young children—Chloe (4), and twin boys Thomas and William (almost 2). Whether it's playing in the garden, enjoying family outings, or relaxing over a coffee, Amber treasures the moments spent together. She also dreams of traveling the world, with the Cook Islands as her next exciting destination.

Susan Torpy
Susan Torpy - Assistant in Conveyancing
Susan joined the ABC team in 2020 as an administration assistant, bringing with her over 26 years of office administration experience. She has since advanced to become one of our assistants in Conveyancing, consistently delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Away from the office Susan likes to spend time with her two dogs – Baxter, a Dachshund/Chihuahua and Zoey, a Cocker Spaniel, reading or listening to a podcast, and taking weekend trips to her original hometown of Wollongong. She likes to spend her paychecks on attending concerts recently seeing Greta Van Fleet, Olivia Rodrigo and Coldplay and is looking forward to The Killers in Dec 2024 and seeing Billie Eilish, Kylie Minogue, Green Day, Oasis and Metallica in 2025!

Ash Kinlyside
Ash Kinlyside - Administrative Assistant
Ash joined the ABC team in January 2023 as an Administration Assistant and quickly became an invaluable asset. With a passion for organisation and detail, she excels at managing bookkeeping tasks and keeping Amber on schedule, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Ash also shines as the first point of contact for our clients, creating a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone she interacts with.
Outside of work, Ash is a self-confessed "shoe addict" and loves nothing more than sourcing fabulous new editions for her “shoe room” . She also enjoys quality family time with her husband and two kids. Whether balancing the books, managing schedules, or exploring new family outings, Ash brings enthusiasm and dedication to all aspects of her life.

Casey Maxwell
Casey Maxwell - Assistant in Conveyancing
Casey joined the ABC team in June 2023, Working part time, she is the friendly face you will see in the office on a Tuesday and Friday. Casey has a strong background in the legal field, starting her career with Amber back when they were both baby faced 18 year olds. She enjoys the variety and challenges offered by the work and is ready to jump into all things conveyancing.
Outside the office you will find Casey in the kitchen baking away and embracing a newfound passion in cake decorating. What began as creating one birthday cake for a forgotten birthday (Whoops) has now turned in to a colourful side hustle. if not baking, then you'll find her tucked away somewhere with a book - her TBR pile is almost as tall as she is!
Courtney Bysterveld
Courtney Bysterveld - Assistant in Conveyancing
Courtney joined the ABC team in June 2024, bringing with her 8 years of expertise in conveyancing. Her extensive experience and commitment to her role make her a valuable asset to our team.
Outside of work, Courtney is a dedicated mother to nearly 2-year-old twins, Dylan and Emily. She treasures the time spent with her family, especially when it involves camping trips and holidays with her partner Collin and their children. Her passion for family adventures and the great outdoors reflects her vibrant and energetic approach to both her professional and personal life.
